Service Agreement

THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT GENERAL PROVISIONS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LEGAL RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES.

This General Service Agreement Terms (this “Agreement”) is a contract concluded between İsim Kayıt Bilişim –Kadir KURT (Esentepe Mahallesi AğadereCaddesi No 75 Körfez / KOCAELİ / TURKEY) and CUSTOMER (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Customer”) and entered into force as of the date it was accepted electronically.

With this Agreement, it has been accepted by the parties that the website www.isimkayıt.com (this “Site”) belonging to İsim Kayıt and all products and services found on this site (collectively, the “Services”) are regulated under the title of general terms and conditions, and this Agreement is in force in addition to the special terms and conditions applicable to the Services you have purchased or accessed through this Site.

Your electronic acceptance of this Agreement will mean that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and the corporate policies and/or agreements located on the web address www.isimkayıt.com, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference, and that you accept that the provisions of this Agreement are binding on you.

Privacy Policy is the policy stating the principles regarding the privacy principles announced on the address http://www.isimkayıt.com.

The terms “we”, “us” or “our” used in this Agreement shall mean İsim Kayıt.

The terms “You”, “Your”, “Customer” or “User” shall refer to all persons or institutions that accept this Agreement.

Name Registration may, at its sole and absolute discretion, change or renew this Agreement and the corporate policies and/or agreements incorporated into this Agreement at any time. Such changes or renewals shall become effective immediately as of (i) the date of the e-mail announcement by which we will notify you of such changes or renewals or the date on the website, i.e. (ii) the “Last Revision Date”.

Only those who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable laws may benefit from this Site and the Services found on this Site. By using this Site and the services found on this Site, you;

You acknowledge, represent and undertake that (I) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or (II) you are otherwise legally capable of forming binding contracts under applicable law.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of any corporate entity, you acknowledge, represent and undertake that you have the legal authority to represent and bind such corporate entity in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In such case, the terms “you”, “your” or “User” shall refer to such corporate entity. If, after you have accepted this Agreement electronically, it is determined by Adı Kayıt that you do not have the legal authority to bind such corporate entity, you will be personally liable for the obligations set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited to payment obligations.

Name Registry shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from its reliance on any instruction, notice, document or similar communication that reasonably suggests that it is authentic and originates from an authorized representative of your corporate structure.

If there is a reasonable doubt as to the authenticity of such instruction, notice, document or communication, Name Registry may additionally request that you confirm the authenticity of such information. However, this request for confirmation is not the responsibility of Name Registry.

3.1 Customer Account: In order to access some features of this Site or to use some of the Services found on this Site, you will need to create an account (“Account”, “Customer Account”). You acknowledge, represent and undertake that all information you provide when you create your Account with Name Registry is accurate, current and complete and that you will keep such information accurate, current and complete.

It is the knowledge of the parties that, if İsim Kayıt believes that your Account information is untrue, incorrect, expired or incomplete, İsim Kayıt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole and absolute discretion. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your Account, whether or not authorized by you, and you are required to keep your Account information, including, without limitation, your customer number/login ID, password, payment method(s) (explained below) and security information, confidential. In the event of any security breach or use of your Account without your authorization, you must immediately notify İsim Kayıt of the situation.
