- Login to the panel: Log in to the DirectAdmin control panel with your reseller account.
- Access Message System: Open Extra Features → Message System from the left menu.
- Create a new message: Use “Compose” or “Create Message” to write your message.
- recipients: Choose to send the message to all users, a specific user, or administrators only.
- Send the message: After writing the subject and content, click “Send” to deliver it.
Use Cases
- Announcement: Informing about maintenance work, s, or service interruptions.
- Information: Sharing new features, IP changes, or security alerts.
- Customer communication: Direct messaging with users under the reseller account.
Important Notes:
- Messages are displayed inside the DirectAdmin panel; they are not sent as emails.
- Users must log in to the panel to see the messages.
- For critical announcements, it is useful to also send an email notification.
