1. Log in to the Panel
Open http://yourdomain.com:2222 in your browser.
Log in with your username and password.
2. Go to the Email Management Section
Click on Email Management in the left menu.
Autoresponders from the opened menu.
3. Create a New Autoresponder
Click on Add Autoresponder.
Fill in the form with:
- Email Address: The email account for which the autoresponder will be set.
- Subject: The subject of the reply email.
- Message: The automatic reply text.
- Interval: The time before the same person receives another reply (e.g., 24 hours).
4. Save and Activate
Click Save after entering the information.
Now, automatic replies will be sent to messages received at the ed email address.
Important Notes
- Keep your automatic reply short and clear.
- Use it for vacation, out-of-office, or informational purposes.
- Without setting an interval, the same person may receive repeated replies (spam effect).
- Misconfigured autoresponders may cause confusion in email traffic.
